The supporters of ALMA GUERREIRA booed when EC Fragata was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 3 match minutes in a wonderful position. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Sydney Neves during the 10th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 10 played minutes ALMA GUERREIRA got a freekick which was hit by Sydney Neves. Vânderson Severo showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Antônio Alcântara in the 14th minute of the match. Antônio Alcântara kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 17 minutes into the match, EC Fragata's goalkeeper Rodolfo Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dráusio Valladares. In the 19th minute, ALMA GUERREIRA's Dráusio Valladares dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-0. If Oséas Negri had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 25th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 26th minute, Bebeto de Godoi reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Rodolfo Santos. The goal made the score 3-0. Vânderson Severo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tomé Mendes, who was totally free with the ball in the 30th minute. After a rather tough play, EC Fragata's Tomé Mendes got a free kick in the 32nd minute. Oséas Negri received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Rodolfo Santos came out and tried to block the shot, but Oséas Negri slotted it home off the left post making it 4-0 in the 33rd minute. EC Fragata's Rodolfo Santos proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 36th minute of the match, managed to save EC Fragata from getting a goal against them. In the 39th minute, one of ALMA GUERREIRA:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for ALMA GUERREIRA. Vânderson Severo had in the 40thth minute some difficulties stopping Didi Rodrigues's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Rodolfo Santos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Dráusio Valladares in the 44th minute of play. 46 minutes into the match, EC Fragata's goalkeeper Rodolfo Santos had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dráusio Valladares. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 4-0.

Rodolfo Santos showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bebeto de Godoi in the 54th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Oséas Negri in the 59th minute of play forced EC Fragata's goalkeeper Rodolfo Santos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. EC Fragata's Rodolfo Santos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Bebeto de Godoi in the 61st minute of play. In the 62nd minute, Oséas Negri made a precise shot to the right of Rodolfo Santos. EC Fragata's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 5-0. In the 72nd minute Bebeto de Godoi shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rodolfo Santos saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a little luck, ALMA GUERREIRA's Vânderson Severo got control of the ball when Tomé Mendes tried to sneak it across the goal line. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 96 minutes into the match, Oséas Negri notched a goal, 7-0, to the right of EC Fragata's Rodolfo Santos. Rodolfo Santos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. For all the effort they put into the match, the EC Fragata players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for ALMA GUERREIRA.
