After 21 minutes, David Simões mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Antropofagia FC and the DENVER™ players grew even worse after the yellow card. The supporters of DENVER™ booed when Antropofagia FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. David Simões didn't get a good kick on the ball. Jeferson Fantini made an important save on a dangerous shot by Guilherme Abud in the 70th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as DENVER™'s Nilton Netto slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jeferson Fantini. That made the score 0-6 after 80 minutes of play. Guilherme Abud could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 84th minute of the match, but Jeferson Fantini made a huge save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Guilherme Abud got free with Jeferson Fantini in the 95th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Antropofagia FC's Jeferson Fantini proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 97th minute of the match, managed to save Antropofagia FC from getting a goal against them. DENVER™ played a much better game than Antropofagia FC and deserved their victory. The Antropofagia FC players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
