Dráuzio Barral helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Atlético-PR's Dráuzio Barral got a free kick in the 22nd minute. Artur Recife took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Christian Proença, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Vítor Saraiva showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Dráuzio Barral, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. After having played for 35 minutes, Christian Proença managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Imbituba - FSCMZ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Christian Proença was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 36 minutes into the match, Christian Proença notched a goal, 3-0, to the right of Atlético-PR's Artur Recife. Artur Recife was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. 40 minutes into the match, Atlético-PR's goal looked a bit too open when Christian Proença came free, but Artur Recife reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. When the match had gone on for 72 minutes, Arsenio Erico took a quick shot and it went in 4-1 without a chance for Vítor Saraiva to make any attempt to save it. Imbituba - FSCMZ's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
