Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) José Pedro Botelho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 3 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Angelo Meira came free, but Marcinho Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Luisinho Cardozo in the 10th minute of play forced Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper Marcinho Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Luisinho Cardozo scored 1-1 in the 10th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Marcinho Cardozo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 17 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Júnior de Alcântara came free, but Marcinho Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 22 minutes into the match, Wanderson Nogueira notched a goal, 1-3, to the right of Família Ressaca MZ's Marcinho Cardozo. Marcinho Cardozo was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. When the match clock showed 27 minutes, the score became 1-4 when Alex Soares sped through Família Ressaca MZ's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Marcinho Cardozo. Marcinho Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Luisinho Cardozo, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. Família Ressaca MZ's Marcinho Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Luisinho Cardozo in the 32nd minute of play. 41 minutes into the game, Wanderson Nogueira cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-5. Marcinho Cardozo was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 44th minute José Maria Lopes shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcinho Cardozo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 45 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goal looked a bit too open when Luisinho Cardozo came free, but Marcinho Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcinho Cardozo came out of the goal in the 45th minute to try and stop a shot by ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Luisinho Cardozo. But to his dismay, Luisinho Cardozo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-6. Disappointed in the 1-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alex Soares was the one to do the kick off. José Pedro Botelho recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 52nd minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Alex Soares blasted a shot towards the goal in the 54th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Marcinho Cardozo having to make a save. After 58 minutes of play, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Alex Soares made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcinho Cardozo was left in no man's land by his defense there! José Pedro Botelho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 61st minute. Simão Cunha tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 63 minutes, Marcinho Cardozo successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. 64 minutes into the match, Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper Marcinho Cardozo had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Alex Soares. An unexpectedly hard shot by Wanderson Nogueira in the 65th minute of play forced Família Ressaca MZ's goalkeeper Marcinho Cardozo to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Família Ressaca MZ's Anísio Sampaio couldn't find anyone to pass the ball to, so he shot a long shot towards the goal in the 70th minute. The shot went wide which resulted in a goal kick for ♞Sir Galahad FC♞. With a little luck, Família Ressaca MZ's Marcinho Cardozo got control of the ball when Alex Soares tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 86th match minute, Família Ressaca MZ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Chiquinho Salles to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Família Ressaca MZ's Chiquinho Salles got a free kick in the 88th minute. When Gilvan Vargas fell near the penalty area in the 89th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s protests and gave Gilvan Vargas a yellow card for diving instead. In the 89th match minute, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Gilvan Vargas to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s Júnior de Alcântara got a free kick in the 94th minute. The Família Ressaca MZ supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching ♞Sir Galahad FC♞'s performance. The match ended with a win for ♞Sir Galahad FC♞.
