After 6 minutes, German Favila made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. C.A Wanderer´s's Gaspar Heriberto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 12th minute of the match, Marciano Calvino tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Leon Janpier saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. After a defensive mix-up in Estrella de Boedo's zone, Marciano Calvino stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Leon Janpier came out of the goal and Marciano Calvino tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 18th minute, German Favila managed to get in a good position for a shot. Estrella de Boedo's supporters rose to their feet, but German Favila was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Gaspar Heriberto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 19 minutes into the game, German Favila cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Gaspar Heriberto was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Leon Janpier made an important save on a dangerous shot by Hugo Tristan in the 23rd minute. 25 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Estrella de Boedo's German Favila fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Gaston Nazario kicked well hit freekick during the 27th minute of the match. Aldo Isusko kicked well hit freekick during the 30th minute of the match. With a couple of smart ball manuevers German Favila in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaspar Heriberto saved C.A Wanderer´s from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Marco Mirande's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gaspar Heriberto was relentless in the 34th minute of the game. After 36 minutes, Marciano Calvino mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the C.A Wanderer´s and the Estrella de Boedo players grew even worse after the yellow card. Marciano Calvino hit a great freekick 36 minutes into the match. Bernardo Florin recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 39th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Corderun in the 40th minute of play forced C.A Wanderer´s's goalkeeper Gaspar Heriberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gaspar Heriberto took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from German Favila, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Emanuel Corderun in the 45th minute of play forced C.A Wanderer´s's goalkeeper Gaspar Heriberto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 47 minutes, Emanuel Corderun made it 0-3 with a short kick to the right side. C.A Wanderer´s's Gaspar Heriberto tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-3.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Emanuel Corderun made a kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emanuel Corderun in the 53rd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gaspar Heriberto saved C.A Wanderer´s from getting behind. Marco Mirande received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 55th minute. Gaspar Heriberto tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marco Mirande got free with Gaspar Heriberto in the 58th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Emanuel Corderun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. German Favilas short, quick shot in the 60thth minute got Gaspar Heriberto to make great effort and bar the ball away from getting in. When the match had gone on for 63 minutes, German Favila put it in 0-4 from a short distance just to the right of Gaspar Heriberto. Gaspar Heriberto was a little too slow when Emanuel Corderun got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 68th minute. The score was now 0-5. If German Favila had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 72nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Silvestre Isias's late challenge caught a C.A Wanderer´s's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Silvestre Isias helped the player get up and apologised. The referee gave C.A Wanderer´s a penalty, 81 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Jose Bordat, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Estrella de Boedo's Leon Janpier. 2-5. Gaston Nazario struck a weak shot in the 87th minute. Gaspar Heriberto didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Estrella de Boedo. Gaspar Heriberto made an important save on a dangerous shot by German Favila in the 90th minute. When Federico Hustaz fell near the penalty area in the 93rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored C.A Wanderer´s's protests and gave Federico Hustaz a yellow card for diving instead. Federico Hustaz hit a great freekick 93 minutes into the match. Gaston Nazario's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Gaspar Heriberto read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 97th minute of play. After a rather tough play, C.A Wanderer´s's Federico Hustaz got a free kick in the 99th minute. Estrella de Boedo's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
