Everardo Sal tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Inocencio Sidoro scored 1-0 in the 8th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Mariano Romelio, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Mouricio kicked well hit freekick during the 12th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Astor Petrigai in the 13th minute of play forced Federales FC Ψ's goalkeeper Mariano Romelio to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 16 minutes into the match, Federales FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Urbano Ramond came free, but Mariano Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Federales FC Ψ's defense didn't have a chance, in the 17th minute, when Filiberto Dominguez scored to the left of an out of position Mariano Romelio, making the score, 2-0. Mariano Romelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Sidoro in the 20th minute of play. In the 22nd minute, Yalapa's Astor Petrigai ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mariano Romelio. Mariano Romelio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 3-0. Mariano Romelio made an important save on a dangerous shot by Astor Petrigai in the 26th minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Filiberto Dominguez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mariano Romelio. That made the score 4-0 in the 27 minute of play. When the match had gone on for 31 minutes, Inocencio Sidoro took a quick shot and it went in 5-0 without a chance for Mariano Romelio to make any attempt to save it. Astor Petrigai received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Mariano Romelio came out and tried to block the shot, but Astor Petrigai slotted it home off the left post making it 6-0 in the 34th minute. Federales FC Ψ's Mariano Romelio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Inocencio Sidoro in the 38th minute of play. In the 42nd minute, Yalapa's Urbano Ramond ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Mariano Romelio. Mariano Romelio yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 7-0. In the 48th minute Inocencio Sidoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Romelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 7-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Ferry Bouman made a kick off. In the 52nd match minute, Federales FC Ψ was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Jonathan Mouricio to maneuver through the defense. Federales FC Ψ were furious when Dante Elodio was red carded, 53 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In the 55th minute there was a penalty for Yalapa. Justo Abecia stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Mariano Romelio. 8-0. Mariano Romelio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Urbano Ramond in the 58th minute of the match. 59 minutes into the match, Federales FC Ψ's goal looked a bit too open when Astor Petrigai came free, but Mariano Romelio reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 61 minutes of play, Yalapa's Inocencio Sidoro made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mariano Romelio was left in no man's land by his defense there! After 65 minutes, Urbano Ramond made it 10-0 with a short kick to the right side. Federales FC Ψ's Mariano Romelio tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. 71 minutes into the match, Urbano Ramond notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Federales FC Ψ's Mariano Romelio. Mariano Romelio was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 74thth minute of the game Astor Petrigai who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Federales FC Ψ's Mariano Romelio was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. In the 79th minute Inocencio Sidoro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Mariano Romelio saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mariano Romelio didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Astor Petrigai went, in the 80th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. Mariano Romelio made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Inocencio Sidoro in the 93rd minute of play. After some careless play in the Federales FC Ψ defense, Astor Petrigai kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Mariano Romelio. The Federales FC Ψ fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Mariano Romelio should have stopped the shot. Yalapa's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
