If Vinicio Florin had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 15thth minute of the game Vinicio Florin who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but RÚSTICOS F.C's Efrain Argoitz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. With a little luck, Bahía é Carnaval's Fidel Estefan got control of the ball when Dario Di Persio tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 20th minute, Norberto Cabanela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RÚSTICOS F.C fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-0. Efrain Argoitz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Desiderio Demario in the 26th minute of the match. Paolo Cordairo hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. 31 minutes into the match, Vinicio Florin had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Efrain Argoitz. RÚSTICOS F.C's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Vinicio Florin was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. After 34 minutes, Vinicio Florin made it 1-2 with a short kick to the right side. RÚSTICOS F.C's Efrain Argoitz tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. After 45 minutes of play, Bahía é Carnaval's Desiderio Demario made it 1-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Efrain Argoitz was left in no man's land by his defense there! Disappointed in the 1-3 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Emilio Lucado during the 54th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Norberto Cabanela kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. A collision led to RÚSTICOS F.C getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ciriaco Hanot hit a great ball. Thanks to some nice moves Desiderio Demario could shoot a difficult shot in the 60th minute, which Efrain Argoitz however easily saved by the left post. The supporters of RÚSTICOS F.C booed when Bahía é Carnaval was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 63 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luis Iban didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vinicio Florin sent away a hard shot on goal in the 65th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Efrain Argoitz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vinicio Florin, who was totally free with the ball in the 65th minute. In the 67th minute the ball was on its way in behind RÚSTICOS F.C's goalkeeper Efrain Argoitz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Efrain Argoitz didn't succeed to prevent the ball from going into goal when Bahía é Carnaval's Desiderio Demario shot an unexpected shot in the crossbar's under edge and made 2-4 in the ordered_time% minute. Efrain Argoitz came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Bahía é Carnaval's Luis Iban. But to his dismay, Luis Iban quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-5. In the 75th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bahía é Carnaval's goalkeeper Fidel Estefan, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 76th minute RÚSTICOS F.C were awarded a corner. Dario Di Persio went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner led RÚSTICOS F.C's Apolo Oinaz to fire away a dangerous shot which Fidel Estefan despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Fidel Estefan showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dario Di Persio in the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Vinicio Florin in the 82nd minute of play forced RÚSTICOS F.C's goalkeeper Efrain Argoitz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Efrain Argoitz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Vinicio Florin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After some careless play in the Bahía é Carnaval defense, Dario Di Persio kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Fidel Estefan. The Bahía é Carnaval fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Fidel Estefan should have stopped the shot. 87 minutes into the match, Bahía é Carnaval's goal looked a bit too open when Alejandro Orixe came free, but Fidel Estefan reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 92nd minute, Ciriaco Hanot hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 95 minutes into the match, RÚSTICOS F.C's goalkeeper Efrain Argoitz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Desiderio Demario. The RÚSTICOS F.C manager could be seen shouting at his players as they walked down the tunnel after the match. He was clearly angry that they had squandered their superior possession, allowing Bahía é Carnaval to win.
