Hugo Francis charged in rather forcefully in the 11th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. Durazno FC's 龙笑霖 played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Sotero in the 12th minute of play. After 13 minutes Durazno FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jonathan Sotero who took care of the corner kick. 龙笑霖 showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Sotero in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nyangnyang Rungkat in the 17th minute of play forced Durazno FC's goalkeeper 龙笑霖 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Romeo Hernandez could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 24th minute of the match, but Rafael Gilesindo made a huge save. After some careless play in the Durazno FC defense, Nyangnyang Rungkat kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of 龙笑霖. The Durazno FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that 龙笑霖 should have stopped the shot. The supporters of Durazno FC booed when Locura Académica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 32 match minutes in a wonderful position. Pascual Paio didn't get a good kick on the ball. With an all-out effort, Durazno FC's Rafael Gilesindo threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Robustiano Hats, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Rafael Gilesindo made a fantastic save in the 39th minute, when Romeo Hernandez sent off a good shot on target. Rafael Gilesindo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Robustiano Hats in the 41st minute of play. A collision led to Locura Académica getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Domingo Alfonso hit a great ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Romeo Hernandez kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Rafael Gilesindo. That made the score 1-1 in the 44 minute of play. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

The audience thought a goal was coming when Jonathan Sotero got free with 龙笑霖 in the 57th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 59 minutes of play, Durazno FC's Romeo Hernandez made it 2-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Rafael Gilesindo was left in no man's land by his defense there! 龙笑霖 was in exellent shape and made a fantastic save when he, in the 62nd minute of the match, managed to get hold of the ball after a long shot from Jonathan Sotero. An unexpectedly hard shot by Nyangnyang Rungkat in the 64th minute of play forced Durazno FC's goalkeeper 龙笑霖 to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ariel Totakoxe's late challenge caught a Locura Académica's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ariel Totakoxe helped the player get up and apologised. Ariel Totakoxe hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. After 70 played minutes Locura Académica got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Joey. Locura Académica's Rafael Gilesindo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Romeo Hernandez in the 72nd minute of play. In the 75th match minute, Locura Académica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Pascual Paio to maneuver through the defense. 77 minutes had been played when some careless play by Locura Académica's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Guido Florin was slow to take the kick. During this time Durazno FC's players had a chance to rest. Durazno FC's Guido Florin was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Rafael Gilesindo in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. In the 80th minute Romeo Hernandez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Rafael Gilesindo saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Robustiano Hats scored 4-1 in the 83rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rafael Gilesindo, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a rather tough play, Locura Académica's Guillermo Joey got a free kick in the 85th minute. 87 minutes into the match, Locura Académica's goal looked a bit too open when Romeo Hernandez came free, but Rafael Gilesindo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
