After having played for 6 minutes, Aaron Mark managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Real Rosario's supporters crossed their fingers, but Aaron Mark was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Aldo Carlomagno didn't succeed in stopping the ball in the 8th minute, which inside left pole to 1-0. In the 13th minute Orlando Poncio shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacinto Martxot saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Justino Terciero's late challenge caught a C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Justino Terciero helped the player get up and apologised. Herminio Tristan in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Aldo Carlomagno, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. After a rather tough play, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's Daniel Azevedo got a free kick in the 36th minute. The audience thought a goal was coming when Aaron Mark got free with Aldo Carlomagno in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Aldo Carlomagno stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Herminio Tristan's shot from short distance in the 44th minute. When Orlando Poncio came up free with the goalie in the 47th minute, the C. A. Gral. Lamadrid fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Orlando Poncio couldn't finish the play. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Herminio Tristan made a kick off. If Herminio Tristan had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 51st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 59 minutes into the match, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's goal looked a bit too open when Herminio Tristan came free, but Aldo Carlomagno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Aldo Carlomagno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Aaron Mark in the 61st minute of the match. In the 67th minute, C. A. Gral. Lamadrid's Orlando Poncio ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacinto Martxot. Jacinto Martxot yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 2-1. Jacinto Martxot showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Bernardo Hori in the 70th minute of the match. After 72 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Real Rosario! Orlando Poncio sent away a hard shot on goal in the 78th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After a rather tough play, Real Rosario's Justino Terciero got a free kick in the 79th minute. Bernardo Hori received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Jacinto Martxot tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 84th minute, Real Rosario's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Joel Heli fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Nereo Gelmiro fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Aldo Carlomagno having to interfere. After 93 minutes of play, Real Rosario's Aaron Mark made it 3-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Aldo Carlomagno was left in no man's land by his defense there! Herminio Tristan received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 98th minute. Aldo Carlomagno tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere.
