The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Ambrosio Mercurio helped the player get up and apologised. In the 10th minute, Benito Camela left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Serbia y Mantonegro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Efrain Valerio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Benito Camela in the 41st minute of the match. After some careless play in the Pintura integral defense, Benito Camela kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Efrain Valerio. The Pintura integral fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Efrain Valerio should have stopped the shot. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-9 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

Pintura integral's Efrain Valerio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Benito Camela in the 57th minute of play. In the 58th minute, Saul Norino hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, Serbia y Mantonegro's Teobaldo Luar got a free kick in the 60th minute. Efrain Valerio took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Benito Camela, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Benito Camela had several of the Pintura integral's defenders around him in the penalty area when he, after 94 minutes of play, received a pass and succeeded in some way to shoot a shot which went straight ahead into goal. This resulted in a 0-15 score and a disappointed Efrain Valerio as he didn't even see the shot coming. Serbia y Mantonegro's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
