Augusto Cerilo stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Mauro Montes's shot from short distance in the 5th minute. Thanks to some nice moves Gerardo Etxepare could shoot a difficult shot in the 7th minute, which Augusto Cerilo however easily saved by the left post. 8 minutes into the match, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Romero came free, but Rene Bermund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 14 minutes Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Flavio Emenon who took care of the corner kick. The corner led Cóndor Football Club's Gilberto Huly to fire away a dangerous shot which Rene Bermund despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Salvador Romero in the 16th minute of play forced Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalkeeper Rene Bermund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Salvador Romero scored 0-1 in the 20th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rene Bermund, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Blas Petri in the 26th minute of play forced Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalkeeper Rene Bermund to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cóndor Football Club's Augusto Cerilo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mauro Montes in the 29th minute of play. Salvador Romero sent away a hard shot on goal in the 34th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee felt a red card was in order, 35 minutes into the game, when Evelio Ebardo put in a rough tackle. After 35 minutes of play, the referee blew the whistle. It was a penalty for Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC! Rene Bermund had in the 37thth minute some difficulties stopping Flavio Emenon's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Flavio Emenon took the ball and in the 37 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Rene Bermund. Rene Bermund dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Rene Bermund showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Leonardo Rosalio in the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Mauro Montes was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Cóndor Football Club the free kick. Mauro Montes hit a great freekick 47 minutes into the match. The crowd was extremely unhappy with the home team's performance in the first half. They were losing 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Leonardo Rosalio was the one to do the kick off. 54 minutes had been played when some careless play by Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Flavio Emenon was slow to take the kick. During this time Cóndor Football Club's players had a chance to rest. The corner went over the outstretched arms of Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goalie and right to Gilberto Huly. He fired away a shot at goal, but the shot had too much spin, and it went just outside the goal. Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's manager breathed a sigh of relief on the sidelines as his team had managed to escape an almost certain goal. Salvador Romero's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Rene Bermund firmly grabbed it by the left post. Gilberto Huly charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Gilberto Huly the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC booed when Cóndor Football Club was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 64 match minutes in a wonderful position. Gilberto Huly didn't get a good kick on the ball. 67 minutes into the match, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salvador Romero came free, but Rene Bermund reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 69 minutes into the game, Salvador Romero recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Rene Bermund. Salvador Romero showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 0-3. Blas Petri charged in rather forcefully in the 72nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Blas Petri the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 74 played minutes Cóndor Football Club got a freekick which was hit by Blas Petri. With his leg Rene Bermund managed to avoid a goal in the 78thth minute, when Cóndor Football Club's Leonardo Rosalio fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 82nd match minute, Barbieri de Ituzaingó FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Patricio Asur to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Cóndor Football Club's Isidoro Gelmiro got a free kick in the 90th minute. Cóndor Football Club's players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
