Bosteritos FC's Generoso Clementi proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 21st minute of the match, managed to save Bosteritos FC from getting a goal against them. The wind increased when Anibal Amato made the kick off in the second half. Americo Bertin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Generoso Clementi read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 50th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Americo Bertin in the 57th minute of play forced Bosteritos FC's goalkeeper Generoso Clementi to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Alejandra's Aquilino Umbruso played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marco Barto in the 76th minute of play. In the 79th minute the ball was on its way in behind Bosteritos FC's goalkeeper Generoso Clementi, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. 85 minutes into the game, Alejandra's Americo Bertin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Generoso Clementi made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-1. Bosteritos FC's Zeledon Arias got a good chance for a goal in the 91st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Camilo Bernard charged in rather forcefully in the 92nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Camilo Bernard the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Bosteritos FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
