An unexpectedly hard shot by Arnaldo Musko in the 28th minute of play forced Pendex's goalkeeper Silvano Salomone to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 34 minutes into the match, ATLETICO MENDOZA's goal looked a bit too open when Saul Bembe came free, but Alfonso Lop reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 35 minutes of play, Pendex's Antonio Inguma made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Sergio Rayman stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Silvano Salomone didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Bruno Ramirez went, in the 66th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-5 was the resulting score. Pendex's Antonio Cruz was substituted for Gaston Donzel. A collision led to ATLETICO MENDOZA getting a freekick after 71 minutes play. Victorio Orlondo hit a great ball. The long shot by Eduardo Pabla in the 72nd minute really tested Alfonso Lop's skills. The ball was on its way into the goal to the left of him when he managed to stretch himself and save the shot and avoid a goal.
