Antonio Vachon hit a great ball. Silvano Quinteros charged in rather forcefully in the 17th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Silvano Quinteros the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 17 played minutes KIRICOCHO FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvano Quinteros. In the 19th minute El Imperio del Cuervo were awarded a corner. Eusebio Criston went to the cornerflag to take it. The corner ended in Eusebio Criston almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but KIRICOCHO FC's Venancio Madaleno did a great save. 21 minutes into the match, Maximo Gasteiz dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Remigio Petrigai, 1-0. Venancio Madaleno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Davi Vogler in the 26th minute of the match. With a little luck, El Imperio del Cuervo's Remigio Petrigai got control of the ball when Ignacio Soter tried to sneak it across the goal line. Ignacio Soter could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Remigio Petrigai made a huge save. El Imperio del Cuervo's Remigio Petrigai played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Maximo Gasteiz in the 37th minute of play. Dario Miliano struck a weak shot in the 38th minute. Remigio Petrigai didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for KIRICOCHO FC. After some careless play in the El Imperio del Cuervo defense, Ignacio Soter kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remigio Petrigai. The El Imperio del Cuervo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remigio Petrigai should have stopped the shot. Venancio Madaleno made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Hipolito Primo in the 47th minute of play. Maximo Gasteiz received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 48th minute. Remigio Petrigai tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Hipolito Primo to make the kick off. Remigio Petrigai showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Maximo Gasteiz in the 55th minute of the match. 69 minutes into the match, Ignacio Soter had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remigio Petrigai. El Imperio del Cuervo's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ignacio Soter was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. Remigio Petrigai showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ignacio Soter, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. El Imperio del Cuervo were furious when Ermegildo Perez was red carded, 84 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. In a very dangerous position, a player in El Imperio del Cuervo fell when an opponent tried to get the ball from him in the 84th minute. Penalty! Remigio Petrigai had in the 87thth minute some difficulties stopping Maximo Gasteiz's well aimed penalty as it nearly passed him on his left side, but he still managed to hold the ball. Hipolito Primo kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. In the 92nd minute, Ignacio Soter left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The KIRICOCHO FC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-0. El Imperio del Cuervo's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
