The audience thought a goal was coming when Maximiliano Feliu got free with Eustacio Raebert in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 7th match minute, Yaji FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Herauso to maneuver through the defense. Scaloneta FC's Eustacio Raebert played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Suarez in the 9th minute of play. 13 minutes into the match, Arturo Ranolfo notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Scaloneta FC's Eustacio Raebert. Eustacio Raebert was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Hector Herauso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 17th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Arturo Ranolfo in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Eustacio Raebert prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Maximiliano Feliu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Eustacio Raebert firmly grabbed it by the left post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Robert Ayala in the 22nd minute of play forced Yaji FC's goalkeeper Yao Guang Chao to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Yaji FC's Yao Guang Chao played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Angelo Cresitobalo in the 23rd minute of play. Pascual Pes fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 29th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Eustacio Raebert having to interfere. Yao Guang Chao stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Angelo Cresitobalo's shot from short distance in the 33rd minute. It was a well-played corner which Claudio Suarez managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 37th minute, Alberto Ranolfo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Scaloneta FC's Eustacio Raebert proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 44th minute of the match, managed to save Scaloneta FC from getting a goal against them. After 46 played minutes Yaji FC got a freekick which was hit by Hector Herauso. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Maximiliano Feliu made a kick off. The supporters of Scaloneta FC booed when Yaji FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 51 match minutes in a wonderful position. Maximiliano Feliu didn't get a good kick on the ball. 53 minutes into the match, Scaloneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Arturo Ranolfo came free, but Eustacio Raebert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Yaji FC's Hector Herauso got a free kick in the 57th minute. 58 minutes into the match, Yaji FC's goalkeeper Yao Guang Chao had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Angelo Cresitobalo. The audience was convinced that Maximiliano Feliu's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Eustacio Raebert was relentless in the 62nd minute of the game. 66 minutes into the match, Scaloneta FC's goal looked a bit too open when Claudio Suarez came free, but Eustacio Raebert reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Eustacio Raebert showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Kryspin Ziemba, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. 95 minutes into the game, Man Chester was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Yaji FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Scaloneta FC the free kick. In the 96th minute, Man Chester hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Yaji FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
