Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Casimiro Cordarell made the kick off which started today's match. Tito Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ciro Playo in the 6th minute of play. Loco Gatti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Segundo Oro in the 11th minute of play. Segundo Oro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 14th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Nippur de Lagash 2's Tito Chayo got control of the ball when Toro Morales tried to sneak it across the goal line. Tito Chayo took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Guillermo Barros Schelotto, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Frontera AFC's Loco Gatti played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Andres Mateus in the 25th minute of play. 30 minutes had been played when some careless play by Frontera AFC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Sixto Ariando was slow to take the kick. During this time Nippur de Lagash 2's players had a chance to rest. With his leg Tito Chayo managed to avoid a goal in the 32ndth minute, when Frontera AFC's Toro Morales fired away a shot with a lot of spin towards his right hand side. In the 33rd match minute, Frontera AFC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bruno Valdez to maneuver through the defense. Tito Chayo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cristian Medina in the 38th minute of play. Benjamin Navarro hit a great freekick 40 minutes into the match. The first half was very even, with the score at 0-0 when the whistle went for half-time. The players welcomed the break and quickly retired to the dressing rooms.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Guillermo Barros Schelotto to make the kick off. After 53 minutes Nippur de Lagash 2's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Ciro Playo who took care of the corner kick. The corner first didn't look so dangerous but when Guillermo Barros Schelotto got the ball he succeeded in some way to get through the defenders to deliver a very hard score. Result 1-0. 53 minutes into the match. Joel Enetz's late challenge caught a Nippur de Lagash 2's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Joel Enetz helped the player get up and apologised. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Casimiro Cordarell during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Loco Gatti came out of the goal in the 90th minute to try and stop a shot by Nippur de Lagash 2's Casimiro Cordarell. But to his dismay, Casimiro Cordarell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. Tito Chayo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ciro Playo, who was totally free with the ball in the 93rd minute. After a rather tough play, Frontera AFC's Ciro Playo got a free kick in the 95th minute.
