In the 14th minute José Beloki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Antonio Canal saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lázaro Elia made in the 17th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Nicolás Valentini immediately put the ball in play. Antonio Canal made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Burak Krawczyk in the 19th minute of play. Raimundo Batista was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 26 minutes into the match. Antonio Canal was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Internet XAire's Antonio Canal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Esteban Maxin in the 46th minute of play. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Modesto Fernendo made a kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Internet XAire's zone, Burak Krawczyk stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Antonio Canal came out of the goal and Burak Krawczyk tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. If Burak Krawczyk had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 64th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Antonio Canal was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Burak Krawczyk showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-2 in the 64 minute of play. Chacaboke Juniors made a substitution. Claudio Maties replaced Burak Krawczyk. In the 70th match minute, Chacaboke Juniors was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Claudio Maties to maneuver through the defense. Internet XAire's Antonio Canal played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Claudio Maties in the 74th minute of play.
