Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Club Deportivo Santiago's Marcelo Alvadalejo started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Segundo Balendin in the 6th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Santino Mora prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Club Deportivo Santiago's Santino Mora played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Segundo Balendin in the 7th minute of play. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Santiago's Marcelo Alvadalejo got a free kick in the 15th minute. Alberto Reigosa kicked well hit freekick during the 18th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Segundo Balendin in the 20th minute of play forced Club Deportivo Santiago's goalkeeper Santino Mora to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Calderón Lami's late challenge caught a Vikingos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Calderón Lami helped the player get up and apologised. After a rather tough play, Club Deportivo Santiago's Calderón Lami got a free kick in the 21st minute. Vellito Beneit could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Oscar Gines made a huge save. Santino Mora took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Segundo Balendin, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Efrain Elija might have been able to make a better finish in the 35th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Santino Mora. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Efrain Elija ran back to his position shaking his head. After the first half Vikingos FC were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Efrain Elija was the one to do the kick off. After 51 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Rosendo Estevez. In the 55th minute Calderón Lami shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Oscar Gines saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Calderón Lami in the 56th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Oscar Gines saved Vikingos FC from getting behind. Vikingos FC's Oscar Gines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Marcelo Alvadalejo in the 58th minute of play. 66 minutes into the game, Aurelio Urtats was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vikingos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Deportivo Santiago the free kick. After 66 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Aurelio Urtats. Club Deportivo Santiago's Tiago Gabriel Mora was substituted for Marcelo Alvadalejo. In the 67th minute, Aurelio Urtats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After some fancy dribbling in the 68th minute, Calderón Lami managed to get in a good position for a shot. Club Deportivo Santiago's supporters rose to their feet, but Calderón Lami was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Oscar Gines breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 74 minutes into the match, Club Deportivo Santiago's goal looked a bit too open when Segundo Balendin came free, but Santino Mora reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 76 played minutes Vikingos FC got a freekick which was hit by Efrain Elija. Oscar Gines came out of the goal in the 78th minute to try and stop a shot by Club Deportivo Santiago's Vellito Beneit. But to his dismay, Vellito Beneit quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. The audience was convinced that Segundo Balendin's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Santino Mora was relentless in the 83rd minute of the game. Vikingos FC's Oscar Gines played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tiago Gabriel Mora in the 89th minute of play. 90 minutes into the game, Segundo Balendin was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Vikingos FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Club Deportivo Santiago the free kick. A collision led to Club Deportivo Santiago getting a freekick after 94 minutes play. Calderón Lami hit a great ball. Vikingos FC succeeded in salvaging a draw, even though Club Deportivo Santiago had controlled the match.
