With a little luck, C.D. Pepino’s's Ferrán Suarez got control of the ball when Weldon Morin tried to sneak it across the goal line. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Adelmo Larrañeta in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Luis Swain prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Pere Jordi Polloni in the 11th minute of play forced S.D. Bajen's goalkeeper Luis Swain to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 13th minute, Pere Jordi Polloni made a precise shot to the right of Luis Swain. S.D. Bajen's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-1. Luis Swain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Pere Jordi Polloni's shot from short distance in the 21st minute. Larry Jackson hit a great freekick 23 minutes into the match. After 23 played minutes, C.D. Pepino’s's Karlos Davenport shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Luis Swain came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in C.D. Pepino’s reached it. Luis Swain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Don Tulach's shot from short distance in the 29th minute. C.D. Pepino’s were awarded a corner in the 30th minute after S.D. Bajen's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Karlos Davenport took the corner. C.D. Pepino’s's Karlos Davenport was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Luis Swain in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. After 31 played minutes S.D. Bajen got a freekick which was hit by Leonard Ventura. 32 minutes into the match, S.D. Bajen's goal looked a bit too open when Jacek Ptaszek came free, but Luis Swain reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Luis Swain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Pere Jordi Polloni, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. 38 minutes into the game, Pere Jordi Polloni cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-2. Luis Swain was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Don Tulach's late challenge caught a S.D. Bajen's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Don Tulach helped the player get up and apologised. In the 43rd minute, Anton Trimble hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luis Swain took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Karlos Davenport, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 45th minute, Weldon Morin hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Pere Jordi Polloni struck a weak shot in the 46th minute. Luis Swain didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for C.D. Pepino’s.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Rosario Church was the one to do the kick off. Woodrow Baggett charged in rather forcefully in the 52nd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Woodrow Baggett the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Woodrow Baggett kicked well hit freekick during the 53rd minute of the match. Luis Swain made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Adelmo Larrañeta in the 54th minute of play. Mario Alberto Infante kicked well hit freekick during the 55th minute of the match. In the 56th minute, Mario Alberto Infante hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After a rather tough play, S.D. Bajen's Wilbur Metz got a free kick in the 62nd minute. S.D. Bajen made a substitution. Adrian Murillo replaced Jorge Baez. 64 minutes into the match, C.D. Pepino’s's Karlos Davenport broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. Adelmo Larrañeta fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 65th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Luis Swain having to interfere. In the 69thth minute of the game Pere Jordi Polloni who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but S.D. Bajen's Luis Swain was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luis Swain stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Adelmo Larrañeta's shot from short distance in the 73rd minute. The supporters of C.D. Pepino’s booed when S.D. Bajen was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 86 match minutes in a wonderful position. Larry Jackson didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luis Swain showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Don Tulach, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Shaun Cobb in the 93rd minute of play forced C.D. Pepino’s's goalkeeper Ferrán Suarez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 95th minute, Rosario Church hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After having played for 96 minutes, Pere Jordi Polloni managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.D. Pepino’s's supporters crossed their fingers, but Pere Jordi Polloni was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The C.D. Pepino’s players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
