The Simon Rainey was delighted since the ball would have got in if it had gone under the crossbar. With a little luck, Flagstaff's Simon Rainey got control of the ball when Zayveon Quiroz tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Flagstaff's zone, Ramiro Larrea stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Simon Rainey came out of the goal and Ramiro Larrea tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Simon Rainey didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Jama Balanza went, in the 13th minute, to the upper right corner, 1-0 was the resulting score. In the 16th minute Zayveon Quiroz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Rainey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Simon Rainey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ramiro Larrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Angulo Cabañero during the 18th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Angulo Cabañero hit a great freekick 18 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Damián Díaz kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Simon Rainey. That made the score 2-0 in the 22 minute of play. 24 minutes into the game, Kermit Regan was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Flagstaff's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave RockCity F.C. the free kick. After 26 minutes, Jama Balanza made it 3-0 with a short kick to the right side. Flagstaff's Simon Rainey tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 28th minute Damián Díaz shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Simon Rainey saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Roosevelt Hollis was shown his second yellow card after 29 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. In the 29th minute, Roosevelt Hollis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Simon Rainey made an important save on a dangerous shot by Jama Balanza in the 31st minute. Simon Rainey came out of the goal in the 32nd minute to try and stop a shot by RockCity F.C.'s Ramiro Larrea. But to his dismay, Ramiro Larrea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 35 minutes into the match, Flagstaff's goalkeeper Simon Rainey had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Zayveon Quiroz. After a rather tough play, Flagstaff's Gregg Lipscomb got a free kick in the 44th minute. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 6-0.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jama Balanza to strike the kick off in the second half. 52 minutes into the match, Flagstaff's goal looked a bit too open when Damián Díaz came free, but Simon Rainey reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Simon Rainey took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jama Balanza, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Damián Díaz sent away a hard shot on goal in the 55th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Simon Rainey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jama Balanza in the 58th minute of play. In the 60th minute, Damián Díaz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Simon Rainey was frozen by the shot and now it was 7-0. After having played for 63 minutes, Damián Díaz managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. RockCity F.C.'s supporters crossed their fingers, but Damián Díaz was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Simon Rainey showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Damián Díaz in the 65th minute of the match. Simon Rainey made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Angulo Cabañero in the 67th minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Méndez Miñaca was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. RockCity F.C.'s manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Flagstaff the free kick. The goalkeeper, Ramon Simons, was totally fooled by Flagstaff's Reyes Bernard, who 70 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Simon Rainey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ramiro Larrea, who was totally free with the ball in the 78th minute. After some careless play in the Flagstaff defense, Jama Balanza kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Simon Rainey. The Flagstaff fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Simon Rainey should have stopped the shot. A collision led to RockCity F.C. getting a freekick after 82 minutes play. Angulo Cabañero hit a great ball. In the 85th minute, Jama Balanza left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The RockCity F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 9-1. The audience was convinced that Jama Balanza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Simon Rainey was relentless in the 88th minute of the game. Simon Rainey showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zayveon Quiroz, who was totally free with the ball in the 91st minute. When RockCity F.C.'s Ramiro Larrea in the 92nd minute got a chance for a shot 92nd didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Flagstaff's goalie prevented a goal. Jama Balanza scored 10-1 in the 93rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Simon Rainey, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. When the referee ended the match the RockCity F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
