Snorlax FC's Tancredo Manguyague played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Guido Durand in the 11th minute of play. Ballet Azul's Gaston Osorio played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Szczepan Mazierz in the 15th minute of play. After 24 minutes Snorlax FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Danilo Quiroga who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on Ballet Azul's corner Danilo Quiroga fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Tancredo Manguyague quite easily take care of the ball. 26 minutes into the game, Matteo Fierro was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Snorlax FC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Ballet Azul the free kick. A collision led to Snorlax FC getting a freekick after 26 minutes play. Matteo Fierro hit a great ball. Tancredo Manguyague stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Durand's shot from short distance in the 28th minute. Gaston Osorio showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tibalt Bruna in the 31st minute of the match. 32 minutes into the match, Snorlax FC's goal looked a bit too open when Salamón Ormeño came free, but Tancredo Manguyague reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The Ballet Azul fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Gaston Osorio should have stopped the shot. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Mario Jesus Allu stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Mark Aldana hit a great freekick 91 minutes into the match. The supporters of Ballet Azul booed when Snorlax FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 92 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lorencio Smith didn't get a good kick on the ball. Danilo Quiroga might have been able to make a better finish in the 93rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Tancredo Manguyague. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Danilo Quiroga ran back to his position shaking his head. Tancredo Manguyague stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Guido Durand's shot from short distance in the 94th minute. Snorlax FC played a much better game than Ballet Azul and deserved their victory. The Ballet Azul players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
