The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Kamer Özkaya to strike the kick off in the second half. The supporters of MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu booed when Samsunspor was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 55 match minutes in a wonderful position. Diego Armando de Alcântara didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Kamer Özkaya had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's Ardahan Hekimbaşı played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Yağızhan Acıbadem in the 63rd minute of play. 64 minutes into the match, Samsunspor's goal looked a bit too open when Kamer Özkaya came free, but Yakup Kadri Tekin reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu fans' excitement grew in the 67th match minute when MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's Kubilay Hasret looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-1 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. Mecnun Başer received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Ardahan Hekimbaşı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 93rd minute, Kubilay Hasret hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.
