Ardahan Hekimbaşı showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Özalp Tolgay in the 9th minute of the match. MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's Hakkı Kenan Uygun shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 29th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Kerimhan Bürge but with some difficulty. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özalp Tolgay in the 31st minute of play forced MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's goalkeeper Ardahan Hekimbaşı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Hakkı Kenan Uygun sent away a hard shot on goal in the 32nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Kamer Özkaya fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 35th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Kerimhan Bürge having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Özalp Tolgay in the 39th minute of play forced MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's goalkeeper Ardahan Hekimbaşı to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After having played for 41 minutes, Vefa Hadi managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Vefa Hadi was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. In the 43rd match minute, MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ferdi Bro to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Özalp Tolgay in the 44th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ardahan Hekimbaşı prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ were winning 0-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kamer Özkaya stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Özalp Tolgay could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 60th minute of the match, but Ardahan Hekimbaşı made a huge save. In the 65th minute Özalp Tolgay shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ardahan Hekimbaşı saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 66th minute, Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's Özalp Tolgay dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 0-2. Ulu Gürçınar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 69th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Ardahan Hekimbaşı having to interfere. 73 minutes into the match, MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's goal looked a bit too open when Vefa Hadi came free, but Ardahan Hekimbaşı reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 74th minute the ball was on its way in behind MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's goalkeeper Ardahan Hekimbaşı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Özalp Tolgay received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 79th minute. Ardahan Hekimbaşı tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 89th minute the ball was on its way in behind MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu's goalkeeper Ardahan Hekimbaşı, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Hakkı Kenan Uygun kicked well hit freekick during the 90th minute of the match. If Vefa Hadi had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 93rd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 95 minutes, Bünyamin Uğursay mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ and the MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu players grew even worse after the yellow card. The MeRSiN-İDMaN-YuRDu supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ's performance. The match ended with a win for Kᴇᴛᴇɴçᴀʏɪʀ.
