Spectators: 206 (Terracing: 155, Seating: 47, VIP seats: 4) FC KALELİ's Denis Huly started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. 7 minutes into the game, Edelmiro Senin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-0. Yavuz Selimhan Gulson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After a defensive mix-up in FC MIDWAY's zone, Denis Huly stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Bican Lebib came out of the goal and Denis Huly tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Harun Nazır fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bican Lebib having to interfere. FC KALELİ's Harun Nazır got a good chance for a goal in the 21st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Edelmiro Senin blasted a shot towards the goal in the 23rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Yavuz Selimhan Gulson having to make a save. Edelmiro Senin's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Yavuz Selimhan Gulson read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 27th minute of play. 28 minutes had been played when some careless play by FC KALELİ's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Ron Staarman was slow to take the kick. During this time FC MIDWAY's players had a chance to rest. A nice corner shot did that Ron Staarman got away a dangerous shot. Despite this Yavuz Selimhan Gulson quite easily got ahold of the ball to make the save. After 29 played minutes FC MIDWAY got a freekick which was hit by Ömer Omerović. After 35 played minutes FC KALELİ got a freekick which was hit by Harun Nazır. FC KALELİ's Nadir Ünlüol was substituted for Gary Medel. After some fancy dribbling in the 46th minute, Denis Huly managed to get in a good position for a shot. FC KALELİ's supporters rose to their feet, but Denis Huly was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Bican Lebib breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 1-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Edelmiro Senin to make the kick off. Yavuz Selimhan Gulson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edelmiro Senin in the 56th minute of the match. Bican Lebib took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Denis Huly, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Yavuz Selimhan Gulson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edelmiro Senin, who was totally free with the ball in the 80th minute. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Bican Lebib successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. In the 88th minute of the match Ron Staarman sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Yavuz Selimhan Gulson skillfully saved the ball. Edelmiro Senin scored 2-0 in the 92nd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Yavuz Selimhan Gulson, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. FC MIDWAY's fans were exulted and cheered after their team won in a match that could easily have gone the other way.
