Holger Vennerlund made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Wilhelm Loepp in the 57th minute of play. 58 minutes into the game, Sverker Fågel was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Gnesta Oilers's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Skånes stolthet! the free kick. After a rather tough play, Gnesta Oilers's Sverker Fågel got a free kick in the 58th minute. Birger Beneth fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 59th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Holger Vennerlund having to interfere. The audience was convinced that Ludwig Göransson's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Holger Vennerlund was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 95th minute, Viggo Låsberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The Skånes stolthet! supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Gnesta Oilers's performance. The match ended with a win for Gnesta Oilers.
