Spectators: 150 (Terracing: 113, Seating: 34, VIP seats: 3) Änglarna FF's Bertil Näfver started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Esbjörn Ahlbeck during the 2nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Änglarna FF getting a freekick after 3 minutes play. Esbjörn Ahlbeck hit a great ball. If Morgan Vallengren had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 6th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. When Morgan Vallengren fell near the penalty area in the 8th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Änglarna FF's protests and gave Morgan Vallengren a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of Himna FF booed when Änglarna FF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. Morgan Vallengren didn't get a good kick on the ball. Ian Abrahamsson kicked well hit freekick during the 10th minute of the match. In the 11th minute Bertil Näfver shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Forss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Börge Forss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esbjörn Ahlbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 12th minute. Börge Forss came out of the goal in the 17th minute to try and stop a shot by Änglarna FF's Bertil Näfver. But to his dismay, Bertil Näfver quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Börge Forss took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jens-Ola Askstedt, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 23rd minute Esbjörn Ahlbeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Forss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. When Mats Brodin came up free with the goalie in the 27th minute, the Himna FF fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Mats Brodin couldn't finish the play. 29 minutes into the match, Himna FF's goal looked a bit too open when Jens-Ola Askstedt came free, but Börge Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Karl-Ove Bolander's late challenge caught a Änglarna FF's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Karl-Ove Bolander helped the player get up and apologised. In the 34th minute Esbjörn Ahlbeck shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Börge Forss saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 35 minutes into the match, Bertil Näfver notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Himna FF's Börge Forss. Börge Forss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. After a rather tough play, Himna FF's Joseph Stephansson got a free kick in the 45th minute. 48 minutes into the match, Himna FF's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Ahlbeck came free, but Börge Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Mats Brodin to strike the kick off in the second half. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Bertil Näfver during the 52nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 52 played minutes Änglarna FF got a freekick which was hit by Bertil Näfver. Himna FF's Börge Forss proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 55th minute of the match, managed to save Himna FF from getting a goal against them. Joseph Stephansson charged in rather forcefully in the 55th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Joseph Stephansson the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. In the 55th minute, Joseph Stephansson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 60 minutes into the match, Himna FF's goal looked a bit too open when Esbjörn Ahlbeck came free, but Börge Forss reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Esbjörn Ahlbeck received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Börge Forss came out and tried to block the shot, but Esbjörn Ahlbeck slotted it home off the left post making it 0-4 in the 64th minute. Edgar Lindblom showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mats Brodin, who was totally free with the ball in the 71st minute. Mats Brodin fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 74th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Edgar Lindblom having to interfere. In the 76th match minute, Änglarna FF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Morgan Vallengren to maneuver through the defense. In the 79th minute, Jens-Ola Askstedt made a precise shot to the right of Börge Forss. Himna FF's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-5. Börge Forss showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Esbjörn Ahlbeck, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
