Arman Lundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Valdir Velloso's shot from short distance in the 4th minute. In the 6th minute, one of StraX Xenon FC:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for StraX Xenon FC. 9 minutes into the game, Here Comes the Hammer's Valdir Velloso nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Arman Lundström made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-0. When Peter Tunström fell near the penalty area in the 11th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Here Comes the Hammer's protests and gave Peter Tunström a yellow card for diving instead. Peter Tunström was shown his second yellow card after 13 minutes, following a rather ugly tackle on opponent. That was the end of his participation in the match. 15 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when StraX Xenon FC's Calle Örnberg fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. In the 18th minute of the match Here Comes the Hammer got a corner. StraX Xenon FC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Marko Persson ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led Here Comes the Hammer's Marko Persson to fire away a dangerous shot which Arman Lundström despite some difficulties managed to get hold on the ball. Arman Lundström stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Evert Wahlnäs's shot from short distance in the 18th minute. 18 minutes into the game, Evert Wahlnäs lined in a short shot 2-0 behind a frustrated Arman Lundström. After some fancy dribbling in the 21st minute, Valdir Velloso managed to get in a good position for a shot. Here Comes the Hammer's supporters rose to their feet, but Valdir Velloso was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Arman Lundström breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After some careless play in the StraX Xenon FC defense, Valdir Velloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arman Lundström. The StraX Xenon FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arman Lundström should have stopped the shot. In the 28th minute, Adam Ahlberg hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Valdir Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 29th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Arman Lundström stood somewhat misplaced when Valdir Velloso came free in front of goal and shot 4-0 to the left of him in the 31 minute. Here Comes the Hammer's attentive Evert Wahlnäs managed to snatch the ball when Ingvar Gadd made a throw-in in the 37th minute of the game. In the 40th minute Valdir Velloso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Arman Lundström saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Here Comes the Hammer's attentive Bengt-Rune Jonasson managed to snatch the ball when Ingvar Gadd made a throw-in in the 41st minute of the game. If Valdir Velloso had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 44th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Arman Lundström made an important save on a dangerous shot by Valdir Velloso in the 44th minute. In the 46th minute, Valdir Velloso left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Here Comes the Hammer fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Arman Lundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Velloso in the 53rd minute of play. After some careless play in the StraX Xenon FC defense, Valdir Velloso kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Arman Lundström. The StraX Xenon FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Arman Lundström should have stopped the shot. Valdir Velloso might have been able to make a better finish in the 58th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Arman Lundström. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Valdir Velloso ran back to his position shaking his head. Arman Lundström made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Valdir Velloso in the 58th minute of play. Jonas Hansson kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Here Comes the Hammer's Fred Petersson was substituted for Valdir Velloso. After 78th play minutes Fred Petersson shot 7-0, a short shot which went by Arman Lundström and just under the crossbar into goal. If Staffan Biörnberg had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 86th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fred Petersson in the 89th minute of play forced StraX Xenon FC's goalkeeper Arman Lundström to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Here Comes the Hammer fans cheered their team off the field, for while StraX Xenon FC had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
