Mihnea Vizitiu took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cornel Neghină, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Nicu Braia hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. Emy Marioara could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Cezar Răţescu made a huge save. In the 8th match minute, -BZF- Petrolul Berca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Matei Marioara to maneuver through the defense. After 11 played minutes UFC Veseud got a freekick which was hit by Sabin Ghionescu. Cezar Răţescu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Marioara Coman in the 12th minute. Marioara Coman kicked well hit freekick during the 16th minute of the match. 19 minutes into the match, UFC Veseud's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Marioara came free, but Cezar Răţescu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After 19 minutes, Sergiu Cârju mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the UFC Veseud and the -BZF- Petrolul Berca players grew even worse after the yellow card. 18 minutes into the game, one of UFC Veseud:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. 27 minutes into the match, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's goal looked a bit too open when Andrei Chiose came free, but Mihnea Vizitiu reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 27 minutes into the match, Andrei Chiose notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Mihnea Vizitiu. Mihnea Vizitiu was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Mihnea Vizitiu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Nurettin Ula, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. After 34 played minutes UFC Veseud got a freekick which was hit by Cornel Neghină. Cezar Răţescu was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Emy Marioara showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 2-1 in the 37 minute of play. After some fancy dribbling in the 39th minute, Emy Marioara managed to get in a good position for a shot. -BZF- Petrolul Berca's supporters rose to their feet, but Emy Marioara was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Cezar Răţescu breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Alin Cucerdean took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mihnea Vizitiu. Mihnea Vizitiu dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-2. In the 43rd match minute, -BZF- Petrolul Berca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Valeriu Iuonaș to maneuver through the defense. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

Cezar Răţescu made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alexandru Aanicăi in the 54th minute of play. With a little luck, -BZF- Petrolul Berca's Mihnea Vizitiu got control of the ball when Nurettin Ula tried to sneak it across the goal line. After 60 minutes of play UFC Veseud's Sergiu Cârju was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. The supporters of -BZF- Petrolul Berca booed when UFC Veseud was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sergiu Cârju didn't get a good kick on the ball. Mihnea Vizitiu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cornel Neghină in the 64th minute of the match. In the 64th minute, Cornel Neghină made a precise shot to the right of Mihnea Vizitiu. -BZF- Petrolul Berca's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. Alexandru Aanicăi hit a great freekick 68 minutes into the match. Marioara Marioara kicked well hit freekick during the 69th minute of the match. Mihnea Vizitiu made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cornel Neghină in the 74th minute. With 76 minutes on the clock, Valeriu Iuonaș commited a dangerous tackle. The referee had no choice but to show him the red card. 75 minutes into the game, one of -BZF- Petrolul Berca:s players got tackled near the goal, and the referee blew for a penalty. Mihnea Vizitiu came out of the goal in the 77th minute to try and stop a shot by UFC Veseud's Alin Cucerdean. But to his dismay, Alin Cucerdean quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-4. Cezar Răţescu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Alexandru Aanicăi, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. A collision led to -BZF- Petrolul Berca getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Marioara Marioara hit a great ball. In the 91st match minute, -BZF- Petrolul Berca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Andrei Marioara to maneuver through the defense. Emy Marioara hit a great freekick 96 minutes into the match. In the 97th match minute, UFC Veseud was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Nurettin Ula to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle was heard the away supporters stood up and showed their joy. UFC Veseud had managed to secure a win in what was a close match throughout.
