The audience thought a goal was coming when Sebastian Giubelean got free with Petru Căliman in the 13th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. GoldDiam V55's Petru Căliman played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Laurențiu Dinescu in the 15th minute of play. Niculae Cutieru kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Aurelian Ştiubei didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Emanuel Inculeț went, in the 22nd minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. Aurelian Ştiubei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Emanuel Inculeț, who was totally free with the ball in the 26th minute. Vlad Petrin lost his temper 30 minutes into the game and shoved another player to the ground. He was immediately shown a red card. The supporters of GoldDiam V55 booed when FC Buciumii was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 33 match minutes in a wonderful position. Laurențiu Taşcău didn't get a good kick on the ball. Vlad Doroftei struck a weak shot in the 36th minute. Aurelian Ştiubei didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for GoldDiam V55. Aron Mascovescu charged in rather forcefully in the 39th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Aron Mascovescu the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Buciumii booed when GoldDiam V55 was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Aron Mascovescu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Aurelian Ştiubei showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Vlad Doroftei, who was totally free with the ball in the 45th minute. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Aurelian Ştiubei made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Emanuel Inculeț in the 52nd minute of play. In the last second Aurelian Ştiubei throw himself and got hold of the ball when Robert Macovei in the 53rdth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. After a rather tough play, FC Buciumii's Petru Plopeanu got a free kick in the 56th minute. Aurelian Ştiubei was a little too slow when Emanuel Inculeț got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 61st minute. The score was now 0-4. Aurelian Ştiubei made a fantastic save in the 63rd minute, when Vlad Doroftei sent off a good shot on target. After a rather tough play, GoldDiam V55's Niculae Cutieru got a free kick in the 66th minute. 67 minutes into the match, GoldDiam V55's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Magherescu came free, but Petru Căliman reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The crowd rose to their feet as Emanuel Inculeț kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Aurelian Ştiubei. That made the score 0-5 in the 74 minute of play. Emanuel Inculeț hit a great freekick 76 minutes into the match. In the 77th minute Laurențiu Taşcău shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Petru Căliman saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 79 minutes into the match, FC Buciumii's goal looked a bit too open when Horea Năsturel came free, but Aurelian Ştiubei reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 80th minute the ball was on its way in behind FC Buciumii's goalkeeper Aurelian Ştiubei, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Aurelian Ştiubei made a fantastic save in the 85th minute, when Valer Postelnicu sent off a good shot on target. Valer Postelnicu recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 86th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. When Laurențiu Taşcău fell near the penalty area in the 91st minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored FC Buciumii's protests and gave Laurențiu Taşcău a yellow card for diving instead. The FC Buciumii fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. GoldDiam V55 were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
