Eusebiu Godeanu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Cătălin Drăghici having to make a save. After 48 minutes, Nicolae Drăgoi made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. CF GRAND VALLE's Cătălin Drăghici tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. The CF GRAND VALLE players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Cormoranii -MM- were winning 0-1.

The wind increased when Manuel Negru made the kick off in the second half. After 56 minutes of play, CF GRAND VALLE's Iustin Stoicea made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. If Eusebiu Godeanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 92nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. With a little luck, CF GRAND VALLE's Cătălin Drăghici got control of the ball when Manuel Negru tried to sneak it across the goal line.
