Remus Manciulea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Ovidiu Zorlescu who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 7thth minute tested the skills of Marcel Gâfu when he managed to save the team from getting behind. 9 minutes into the match, Valer Bârlea had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Remus Manciulea. Soca's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Valer Bârlea was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Remus Manciulea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mihai Secară in the 13th minute of play. After 16 minutes of play, FC GURZUN's Albert Finteșteanu made it 0-3 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remus Manciulea was left in no man's land by his defense there! If Albert Finteșteanu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 21st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Albert Finteșteanu in the 24th minute of play forced Soca's goalkeeper Remus Manciulea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the Soca defense, Valer Bârlea kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Remus Manciulea. The Soca fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Remus Manciulea should have stopped the shot. 28 minutes into the match, Soca's goal looked a bit too open when Valer Bârlea came free, but Remus Manciulea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 29 minutes into the match, Ovidiu Zorlescu had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcel Gâfu. FC GURZUN's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Ovidiu Zorlescu was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-4. Through an outstanding action, after 33 minutes, Marcel Gâfu successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Albert Finteșteanu took the ball and in the 39 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Remus Manciulea. Remus Manciulea dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 1-5. Remus Manciulea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Albert Finteșteanu, who was totally free with the ball in the 42nd minute. 43 minutes into the game, Mihai Secară cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 1-6. Remus Manciulea was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. After 47 minutes of play, FC GURZUN's Valer Bârlea made it 1-7 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remus Manciulea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 1-7 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Albert Finteșteanu to strike the kick off in the second half. In the last second Remus Manciulea throw himself and got hold of the ball when Valer Bârlea in the 54thth minute from his position got away a shot towards the right post. Mihai Secară sent away a hard shot on goal in the 56th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The supporters of Soca booed when FC GURZUN was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 59 match minutes in a wonderful position. Valentin Vulpăşin didn't get a good kick on the ball. Manuel Chițan's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Marcel Gâfu read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 60th minute of play. With a little luck, Soca's Remus Manciulea got control of the ball when Albert Finteșteanu tried to sneak it across the goal line. Remus Manciulea was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Valer Bârlea showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-8 in the 64 minute of play. 68 minutes into the game, Tudor Gheară was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Soca's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave FC GURZUN the free kick. Tudor Gheară kicked well hit freekick during the 68th minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Soca's zone, Valentin Vulpăşin stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Remus Manciulea came out of the goal and Valentin Vulpăşin tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Albert Finteșteanu could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 78th minute of the match, but Remus Manciulea made a huge save. In the 82nd minute, Albert Finteșteanu left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FC GURZUN fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 1-10. 86 minutes into the game, Vlad Mutu was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC GURZUN's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Soca the free kick. After 88 minutes of play, FC GURZUN's Albert Finteșteanu made it 1-11 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Remus Manciulea was left in no man's land by his defense there! Albert Finteșteanu's shot straight on target was not completely harmless. The ball had pretty good speed, but Remus Manciulea firmly grabbed it by the left post. Remus Manciulea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Mihai Secară, who was totally free with the ball in the 95th minute. After 96 minutes of play Soca's Tudor Gheară was too eager in his attempt to stop his opponent and brought him down. With that he got his second yellow card and was ordered off the ground. In the 97th match minute, Soca was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tudor Gheară to maneuver through the defense. When the final whistle sounded FC GURZUN left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Soca.
