Alex Buzincu showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Codruț Ferenț in the 10th minute of the match. The corner ended in Grigore Posteucă almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but FC Buzău's Alex Buzincu did a great save. The supporters of FC Buzău booed when GoooooooooooooooooooooooL was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 24 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cristinel Patriciu didn't get a good kick on the ball. Alex Buzincu showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Codruț Ferenț, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Viorel Podgoreanu during the 34th minute.
