After a rather tough play, Academia Rio's Doru Dobrinescu got a free kick in the 10th minute. In the 11th minute, Han Solo got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 14th minute Han Solo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 17th minute Han Solo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gigel Tilea saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Academia Rio's Mihai Oniga managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Dumitru Tutorskiy in the 18 minute of the game. Gigel Tilea took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Han Solo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Gigel Tilea showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Han Solo, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. Gigel Tilea came out of the goal in the 27th minute to try and stop a shot by Tutor Militari's Han Solo. But to his dismay, Han Solo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-1. Andreas Tutorskiy showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Radu Păvăloae in the 35th minute of the match. After 36 minutes Tutor Militari's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Jean Oltean who took care of the corner kick. Jean Oltean made a great header on Academia Rio's corner, it was just that Tutor Militari's Andreas Tutorskiy managed to reach the ball for a save. Academia Rio's attentive Mihai Oniga managed to snatch the ball when Dumitru Tutorskiy made a throw-in in the 39th minute of the game. Gigel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Han Solo in the 42nd minute of the match. Tutor Militari were awarded a corner in the 43th minute after Academia Rio's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Olimpiu Oardă took the corner. After taking down the ball on Tutor Militari's corner Olimpiu Oardă fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Gigel Tilea quite easily take care of the ball. After 47 played minutes Tutor Militari got a freekick which was hit by Dumitru Tutorskiy. After the first half Tutor Militari were leading 0-1. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

The wind increased when Han Solo made the kick off in the second half. Academia Rio's Gigel Tilea proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 54th minute of the match, managed to save Academia Rio from getting a goal against them. Gigel Tilea made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Han Solo in the 55th minute of play. Tutor Militari's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Olimpiu Oardă in the 57th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Han Solo in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Gigel Tilea saved Academia Rio from getting behind. In the 59th minute Radu Păvăloae shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Andreas Tutorskiy saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Tutor Militari booed when Academia Rio was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 61 match minutes in a wonderful position. Mihai Oniga didn't get a good kick on the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Darwin Nunez-Tesheira in the 62nd minute of play forced Academia Rio's goalkeeper Gigel Tilea to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Gigel Tilea was a little too slow when Han Solo got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 65th minute. The score was now 0-2. Academia Rio made a substitution. Sergiu Coșeriu replaced Radu Păvăloae. 70 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goal looked a bit too open when Darwin Nunez-Tesheira came free, but Gigel Tilea reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Andreas Tutorskiy made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sergiu Coșeriu in the 72nd minute of play. If Han Solo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 75th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. The audience was convinced that Han Solo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Gigel Tilea was relentless in the 76th minute of the game. 77 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's Sergiu Coșeriu sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Andreas Tutorskiy narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Tutor Militari's Marian Mareș was substituted for Han Solo. In the 81st minute of the match Dumitru Tutorskiy sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Gigel Tilea skillfully saved the ball. In the 83rd minute, Valer Necula got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. 88 minutes into the match, Olimpiu Oardă notched a goal, 0-3, to the right of Academia Rio's Gigel Tilea. Gigel Tilea was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tutor Militari made a substitution. Valeriu Şunda replaced Olimpiu Oardă. 93 minutes into the match, Academia Rio's goalkeeper Gigel Tilea had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Marian Mareș. Gigel Tilea showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Valeriu Şunda in the 94th minute of the match. Tutor Militari played a much better game than Academia Rio and deserved their victory. The Academia Rio players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
