The audience thought a goal was coming when Wit Dziewedik got free with André Onana in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugon Polkoski in the 6th minute of play forced Sielce Warszawa's goalkeeper André Onana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 13 minutes into the match, KS Ruch Chorzów's goal looked a bit too open when Olgierd Czajkowski came free, but Barnaba Nieuzyla reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Sielce Warszawa's Nicias Protopsaltis was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Barnaba Nieuzyla in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hugon Polkoski in the 16th minute of play forced Sielce Warszawa's goalkeeper André Onana to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Janusz Haskiewicz struck a weak shot in the 18th minute. Barnaba Nieuzyla didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sielce Warszawa. After 26 minutes of play, Sielce Warszawa's Janusz Haskiewicz made it 0-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Barnaba Nieuzyla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Barnaba Nieuzyla came out of the goal in the 30th minute to try and stop a shot by Sielce Warszawa's Janusz Haskiewicz. But to his dismay, Janusz Haskiewicz quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. In the 32nd minute, Janusz Haskiewicz made a precise shot to the right of Barnaba Nieuzyla. KS Ruch Chorzów's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-3. The supporters of KS Ruch Chorzów booed when Sielce Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 35 match minutes in a wonderful position. Ismaele Santo San Cristóbal didn't get a good kick on the ball. 37 minutes into the match, Janusz Haskiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Barnaba Nieuzyla. KS Ruch Chorzów's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Janusz Haskiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-4. After 40 minutes, Janusz Haskiewicz made it 0-5 with a short kick to the right side. KS Ruch Chorzów's Barnaba Nieuzyla tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Tolek Mlekodaj was the one to do the kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Sielce Warszawa's goal looked a bit too open when Hugon Polkoski came free, but André Onana reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. André Onana showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Hugon Polkoski, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. In the 88th minute Tolek Mlekodaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but André Onana saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Ahmet Koralp Sıratullah during the 90th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After a rather tough play, Sielce Warszawa's Ahmet Koralp Sıratullah got a free kick in the 90th minute. When the match was over Sielce Warszawa could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than KS Ruch Chorzów throughout the match.
