In the 37th minute of the match, Feliks Gibowski got a very nice opportunity to score, but David Ferran was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. In the 39thth minute of the game Marian Italia who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Rembertów SA's Wladyslaw Rzeszutek was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-1 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Adam Zakrzewski was the one to do the kick off. In the 51st minute, Thiago Silva hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made an important save on a dangerous shot by Adam Zakrzewski in the 53rd minute. In the 56thth minute of the game Michel Platini who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FC WAWER's David Ferran was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Zenon Jandryca could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 65th minute of the match, but Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made a huge save. FC WAWER's Ludomir Domin was substituted for Roman Biraga. 68 minutes had been played when some careless play by Rembertów SA's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Rostyslav Leonenko was slow to take the kick. During this time FC WAWER's players had a chance to rest. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fatih Özbay in the 70th minute of play forced Rembertów SA's goalkeeper Wladyslaw Rzeszutek to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. David Ferran made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Feliks Gibowski in the 72nd minute of play. Michel Platini sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fatih Özbay in the 78th minute of play. 79 minutes into the game, Wieslaw Bielatowicz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Wladyslaw Rzeszutek stood somewhat misplaced when Fatih Özbay came free in front of goal and shot 0-2 to the left of him in the 93 minute. FC WAWER played a much better game than Rembertów SA and deserved their victory. The Rembertów SA players were clearly disappointed as they left the ground.
