An unexpectedly hard shot by Tõnis Aug in the 2nd minute of play forced Skytta Toppidrettslag's goalkeeper John-Einar Haarr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 3 minutes into the game, JULM C.F.'s Koit Must nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John-Einar Haarr made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peeter Hovi in the 6th minute of play forced Skytta Toppidrettslag's goalkeeper John-Einar Haarr to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. John-Einar Haarr made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ilmar Lahe in the 7th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Torgeir Klepp in the 12th minute of play forced JULM C.F.'s goalkeeper Rein Püss to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Thor Elden fell near the penalty area in the 18th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Skytta Toppidrettslag's protests and gave Thor Elden a yellow card for diving instead. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 18th minute of the game. One of Skytta Toppidrettslag:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of JULM C.F.:s goal. The referee gave JULM C.F. a penalty, 20 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Arto Sarv, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Skytta Toppidrettslag's John-Einar Haarr. 0-3. After 26 minutes of play, JULM C.F.'s Koit Must made it 0-4 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. John-Einar Haarr was left in no man's land by his defense there! After a rather tough play, Skytta Toppidrettslag's Martin Norheim got a free kick in the 28th minute. If Torgeir Klepp had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, JULM C.F.'s Rein Püss got control of the ball when Atle Sundstrøm tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 40th minute Tõnis Aug shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John-Einar Haarr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 42nd minute, Ilmar Lahe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. John-Einar Haarr was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-6. When Tõnis Aug came up free with the goalie in the 46th minute, the JULM C.F. fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Tõnis Aug couldn't finish the play. Disappointed in the 0-6 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Koit Must made a kick off. 51 minutes into the match, Koit Must dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of John-Einar Haarr, 0-7. With a little luck, Skytta Toppidrettslag's John-Einar Haarr got control of the ball when Koit Must tried to sneak it across the goal line. Koit Must's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 56thth minute, John-Einar Haarr skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. In the 59th minute, Koit Must made a precise shot to the right of John-Einar Haarr. Skytta Toppidrettslag's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-8. In the 63rd minute Ilmar Lahe shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but John-Einar Haarr saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Thor Elden kicked well hit freekick during the 64th minute of the match. Rein Püss showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Torgeir Klepp in the 69th minute of the match. Koit Must could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 72nd minute of the match, but John-Einar Haarr made a huge save. The supporters of JULM C.F. booed when Skytta Toppidrettslag was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 73 match minutes in a wonderful position. Thor Elden didn't get a good kick on the ball. John-Einar Haarr showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Koit Must in the 76th minute of the match. After a rather tough play, Skytta Toppidrettslag's Thor Elden got a free kick in the 79th minute. 81 minutes into the game, JULM C.F.'s Koit Must nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. John-Einar Haarr made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-9. Skytta Toppidrettslag's John-Einar Haarr proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 87th minute of the match, managed to save Skytta Toppidrettslag from getting a goal against them. 89 minutes into the match, Atle Sundstrøm notched a goal, 1-9, to the right of JULM C.F.'s Rein Püss. Rein Püss was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Tõnis Aug could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 97th minute of the match, but John-Einar Haarr made a huge save. JULM C.F.'s players went to the stands to thank the travelling support. The fan's backing had helped spurr the team on to a fine performance that won them the match.
