Spectators: 159 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 36, VIP seats: 3) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Benjamin Nygren got the match started through his kick off. Baersdonk's Eduard Groscurth played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dimitar Berbatov in the 4th minute of play. Benny Albermann kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Ragnar Helm recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 13th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Eduard Groscurth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Nygren in the 16th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 18 minutes, Pedro Borst put it in 0-1 from a short distance just to the right of Eduard Groscurth. In the 21st minute, Nicholas Romstedt hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Dimitar Berbatov took the ball and in the 24 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Eduard Groscurth. Eduard Groscurth dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-2. Patrick Oliver Frenzle hit a great freekick 29 minutes into the match. Pedro Borst scored 0-3 in the 29th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Eduard Groscurth, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. 34 minutes into the game, FC Nordsjælland's Dimitar Berbatov nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Eduard Groscurth made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-4. Eduard Groscurth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Pedro Borst in the 36th minute of play. Eduard Groscurth came out of the goal in the 38th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Nordsjælland's Dimitar Berbatov. But to his dismay, Dimitar Berbatov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-5.

51 minutes into the match, Benny Albermann had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Carl-Johan Eriksson. FC Nordsjælland's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Benny Albermann was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-6. Benny Albermann's late challenge caught a FC Nordsjælland's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Benny Albermann helped the player get up and apologised. In the 54th match minute, Baersdonk was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Benny Albermann to maneuver through the defense. With a little luck, Baersdonk's Eduard Groscurth got control of the ball when Pedro Borst tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 60th minute, Dimitar Berbatov ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Eduard Groscurth was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. 72 minutes into the match, Baersdonk's goalkeeper Eduard Groscurth had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dimitar Berbatov. When Ragnar Helm fell near the penalty area in the 72nd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Baersdonk's protests and gave Ragnar Helm a yellow card for diving instead. After a rather tough play, Baersdonk's Ragnar Helm got a free kick in the 72nd minute. Detlev Wittke kicked well hit freekick during the 75th minute of the match. Charley Hjortebjerg recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 75th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. With a little luck, Baersdonk's Eduard Groscurth got control of the ball when Dimitar Berbatov tried to sneak it across the goal line. Eduard Groscurth was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Dimitar Berbatov showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-8 in the 79 minute of play. Nicholas Romstedt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 82nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Carl-Johan Eriksson having to interfere. 84 minutes into the match, Baersdonk's goal looked a bit too open when Dimitar Berbatov came free, but Eduard Groscurth reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 86th minute, Volkmar von Zweidorf hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eduard Groscurth made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Benjamin Nygren in the 94th minute of play. When the match was over FC Nordsjælland could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than Baersdonk throughout the match.
