The supporters of Calenzano booed when Lapokhσri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 2 match minutes in a wonderful position. Zinon Pentaras didn't get a good kick on the ball. Stathis Ipsilantis didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Antonello Bencivenni went, in the 4th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-1 was the resulting score. After 10 minutes of play, Calenzano's Antonello Bencivenni made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Stathis Ipsilantis was left in no man's land by his defense there! Ernesto Renzi struck a weak shot in the 13th minute. Stathis Ipsilantis didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Calenzano. If Antonello Bencivenni had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 17th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Lapokhσri's Stathis Ipsilantis played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Carmine Panella in the 20th minute of play. The supporters of Calenzano booed when Lapokhσri was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 21 match minutes in a wonderful position. Babbis Sferas didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 31 played minutes Lapokhσri got a freekick which was hit by Zinon Pentaras. The Calenzano fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-4. 52 minutes into the game, Calenzano's Fulvio Aquilino nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Stathis Ipsilantis made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-7. After 55 played minutes Calenzano got a freekick which was hit by Camillo Paolini. In the 59th minute, Attilio Sacchi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 61 minutes into the game, Ernesto Renzi cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 0-8. Stathis Ipsilantis was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Themis Koulakidis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Carmine Cimino showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Themis Koulakidis, who was totally free with the ball in the 68th minute. Stathis Ipsilantis stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Ernesto Renzi's shot from short distance in the 69th minute. Stathis Ipsilantis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Bencivenni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Stathis Ipsilantis prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Ernesto Renzi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Stathis Ipsilantis came out and tried to block the shot, but Ernesto Renzi slotted it home off the left post making it 0-10 in the 81st minute. After some careless play in the Lapokhσri defense, Ernesto Renzi kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Stathis Ipsilantis. The Lapokhσri fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Stathis Ipsilantis should have stopped the shot. Stathis Ipsilantis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Antonello Bencivenni, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side.
