Spectators: 175 (Terracing: 132, Seating: 40, VIP seats: 3) FC Mims's Arturo Baciadonne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 4th minute, Damiano Strazzabosco ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Anastasios Perakis was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. In the 11th minute the ball was on its way in behind Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Anastasios Perakis, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Amerigo Taranto made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Panos Ntountas in the 14th minute of play. Anastasios Perakis took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Damiano Strazzabosco, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Panos Ntountas scored 1-1 in the 19th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Amerigo Taranto, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Arturo Baciadonne received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Anastasios Perakis tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 23 minutes into the game, Antonello Bartolomucci was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Mims's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Olympiacos FC the free kick. After a rather tough play, FC Mims's Antonello Bartolomucci got a free kick in the 23rd minute. Anastasios Perakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Andrea Ronconi, who was totally free with the ball in the 29th minute. Arturo Baciadonne kicked well hit freekick during the 31st minute of the match. Alexis Kotsanakis could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 32nd minute of the match, but Amerigo Taranto made a huge save. After some fancy dribbling in the 36th minute, Alexis Kotsanakis managed to get in a good position for a shot. Olympiacos FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Alexis Kotsanakis was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amerigo Taranto breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 41 minutes into the match, FC Mims's Arturo Baciadonne sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Anastasios Perakis narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Amerigo Taranto made an important save on a dangerous shot by Panos Ntountas in the 42nd minute. Amos Toschi's late challenge caught a Olympiacos FC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Amos Toschi helped the player get up and apologised. Amos Toschi kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. Olympiacos FC made a substitution. Soulis Partalis replaced Gerasimos Pappagiorgas. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Alexis Kotsanakis was the one to do the kick off. Amerigo Taranto came out of the goal in the 53rd minute to try and stop a shot by Olympiacos FC's Alexis Kotsanakis. But to his dismay, Alexis Kotsanakis quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. FC Mims's Amerigo Taranto played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alexis Kotsanakis in the 57th minute of play. Anastasios Perakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Damiano Strazzabosco in the 70th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Damiano Strazzabosco in the 71st minute of play forced Olympiacos FC's goalkeeper Anastasios Perakis to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Anastasios Perakis made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bianco Feltrin in the 74th minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Panos Ntountas in the 77th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Amerigo Taranto prevented the ball from getting in the gole. When Amos Toschi came up free with the goalie in the 79th minute, the FC Mims fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Amos Toschi couldn't finish the play. Andrea Ronconi sent away a hard shot on goal in the 82nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Anastasios Perakis showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arturo Baciadonne, who was totally free with the ball in the 84th minute. After a rather tough play, Olympiacos FC's Giannis Grigorakos got a free kick in the 86th minute. Soulis Partalis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance.
