The supporters of Sport Lisboa e Benfica booed when Razeus Uηited was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Artur Resende didn't get a good kick on the ball. After some fancy dribbling in the 27th minute, Márcio Linhares managed to get in a good position for a shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Márcio Linhares in the 46th minute of play forced Razeus Uηited's goalkeeper Vasco Ferro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
