Spectators: 160 (Terracing: 120, Seating: 37, VIP seats: 3) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Frances Nunez started the match with the kick off. Ivan Cortez hit a great freekick 4 minutes into the match. Pascoal Modesto made a fantastic save in the 6th minute, when Frances Nunez sent off a good shot on target. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frances Nunez in the 10th minute of play forced Red Proud FC's goalkeeper Pascoal Modesto to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Quique Bacete kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Pascoal Modesto. That made the score 1-0 in the 11 minute of play. Jerico March could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 14th minute of the match, but Pascoal Modesto made a huge save. Frances Nunez recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. VALPICA C.F.'s Rodrigo Ramos played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rubim Melo in the 21st minute of play. Jorge Faria received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 31st minute. Rodrigo Ramos tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. 33 minutes into the match, Rubim Melo had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rodrigo Ramos. VALPICA C.F.'s manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Rubim Melo was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Rodrigo Ramos took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rubim Melo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Red Proud FC's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Quique Bacete 39 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 2-1. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

VALPICA C.F.'s Asier Canal was substituted for Emesto De Pablo. VALPICA C.F.'s Bizen Vuelta was substituted for Tavio Rienda. The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Rubim Melo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. After some careless play in the Red Proud FC defense, Frances Nunez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Pascoal Modesto. The Red Proud FC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Pascoal Modesto should have stopped the shot. In the 57th minute Frances Nunez shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Pascoal Modesto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Jerico March had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 59th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. After a defensive mix-up in Red Proud FC's zone, Nacho Marrero stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Pascoal Modesto came out of the goal and Nacho Marrero tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 65 played minutes Red Proud FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Faria. The supporters of VALPICA C.F. booed when Red Proud FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lucas Ramalho didn't get a good kick on the ball. After 76 played minutes Red Proud FC got a freekick which was hit by Jorge Faria. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Rubim Melo in the 83rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Rodrigo Ramos prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After 85 played minutes VALPICA C.F. got a freekick which was hit by Cecilio Bodelon. The audience thought a goal was coming when Jorge Faria got free with Rodrigo Ramos in the 92nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Nacho Marrero during the 92nd minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Nacho Marrero hit a great freekick 92 minutes into the match. Red Proud FC's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
