Martien Krommert scored 2-0 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Tommi Adams, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. After a defensive mix-up in The Dalwhinnie Boys's zone, Kevin Behrens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torstein Stenseth came out of the goal and Kevin Behrens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After 38 played minutes The Dalwhinnie Boys got a freekick which was hit by Mirko Mos. After a defensive mix-up in The Dalwhinnie Boys's zone, Kevin Behrens stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Torstein Stenseth came out of the goal and Kevin Behrens tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Timo Baars struck a weak shot in the 43rd minute. Tommi Adams didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for The Dalwhinnie Boys. 47 minutes into the match, ΔΓЅΣ∏ ΔLLΔ ∏GΣGG's goal looked a bit too open when Erben Weggemans came free, but Tommi Adams reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-0 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Stijn Klompe to strike the kick off in the second half.
