Spectators: 152 (Terracing: 114, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Ferdi Adriaanse started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. 6 minutes into the match, S.C. Potentia's goal looked a bit too open when Hans Kuypers came free, but Jhon Zeevenhoven reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jan Mathijsen hit a great freekick 6 minutes into the match. In the 9th minute Rafael Michelangeli shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jhon Zeevenhoven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of De Ontembare Leeuwen booed when S.C. Potentia was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 16 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hans Jochemsen didn't get a good kick on the ball. Hans Kuypers took the ball and in the 21 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jhon Zeevenhoven. Jhon Zeevenhoven dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-3. In the 26th minute Jonathan Beuneker shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jhon Zeevenhoven saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. S.C. Potentia's Jhon Zeevenhoven played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ferdi Adriaanse in the 27th minute of play. In the 30th minute, Thijs van der Doelen hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. With a little luck, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Geale Lyle got control of the ball when Jan Rein Roetering tried to sneak it across the goal line. In the 34th minute, Stef Mol made a precise shot to the right of Jhon Zeevenhoven. S.C. Potentia's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 0-4. After 37 minutes of play, De Ontembare Leeuwen's Jacco Hoving made it 0-5 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jhon Zeevenhoven was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 40th match minute, S.C. Potentia was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Danny Castelen to maneuver through the defense. In the 41st minute of the game Jan Mathijsen made a throw-in which Jan Rein Roetering played forward.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Roel Boeringe stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Jhon Zeevenhoven was a little too slow when Jacco Hoving got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 63rd minute. The score was now 0-8. 66 minutes into the match, Rafael Michelangeli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Jhon Zeevenhoven, 0-9. After 69 played minutes S.C. Potentia got a freekick which was hit by Roel Pronk. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rafael Michelangeli got free with Jhon Zeevenhoven in the 71st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 74th minute, Ferdi Adriaanse ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jhon Zeevenhoven was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-10. Jhon Zeevenhoven was out of position in the 81 minute of play, and Ferdi Adriaanse capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Ferdi Adriaanse really showed his touch with that goal: 0-11. Rafael Michelangeli took the ball and in the 84 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Jhon Zeevenhoven. Jhon Zeevenhoven dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 0-12. Stef Mol received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 89th minute. Jhon Zeevenhoven tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Through an outstanding action, after 92 minutes, Jhon Zeevenhoven successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. After a defensive mix-up in S.C. Potentia's zone, Jacco Hoving stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jhon Zeevenhoven came out of the goal and Jacco Hoving tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play.
