With a little luck, Gallo Crisis's Roderik Weygaerts got control of the ball when Ruud Geels tried to sneak it across the goal line. After a defensive mix-up in Verwachting's zone, Thobias Peers stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Kees Veentjer came out of the goal and Thobias Peers tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Thobias Peers in the 18th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Kees Veentjer saved Verwachting from getting behind. After having played for 22 minutes, Thobias Peers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Gallo Crisis's supporters crossed their fingers, but Thobias Peers was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Kees Veentjer showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Thobias Peers, who was totally free with the ball in the 25th minute. In the 37th minute Thobias Peers shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kees Veentjer saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 38th minute of the match Gallo Crisis got a corner. Verwachting's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Papo Orihuela ran over to the corner to take the kick. After a rather tough play, Verwachting's Theo Zoontjens got a free kick in the 39th minute. Verwachting's Kees Veentjer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Papo Orihuela in the 39th minute of play. After having played for 40 minutes, Thobias Peers managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Thobias Peers to make the kick off. A collision led to Verwachting getting a freekick after 51 minutes play. Edwin Bulder hit a great ball. 53 minutes into the game, Jelle Schepers was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Verwachting's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Gallo Crisis the free kick. When Antonio Eijkens fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Gallo Crisis's protests and gave Antonio Eijkens a yellow card for diving instead. After 74 played minutes Gallo Crisis got a freekick which was hit by Antonio Eijkens. Jelle Schepers took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 75th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Roderik Weygaerts. Gallo Crisis's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Gallo Crisis's Antonio Eijkens managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Edwin Bulder in the 77 minute of the game. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Antonio Eijkens managed to get in a good position for a shot. Gallo Crisis's supporters rose to their feet, but Antonio Eijkens was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kees Veentjer breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 80 minutes into the match, Verwachting's goal looked a bit too open when Thobias Peers came free, but Kees Veentjer reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Gallo Crisis's Roderik Weygaerts played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Han Ostermann in the 81st minute of play. Roderik Weygaerts showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Han Ostermann, who was totally free with the ball in the 82nd minute. In the 84th match minute, Gallo Crisis was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Ernst Van Acker to maneuver through the defense. In the 85th minute of the match Han Ostermann sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Roderik Weygaerts skillfully saved the ball. Roderik Weygaerts showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Han Ostermann in the 86th minute of the match. 87 minutes into the match, Gallo Crisis's goal looked a bit too open when Theo Zoontjens came free, but Roderik Weygaerts reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of Gallo Crisis booed when Verwachting was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 94 match minutes in a wonderful position. Wilco Kosterman didn't get a good kick on the ball. Verwachting's Kees Veentjer played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Papo Orihuela in the 96th minute of play. Verwachting were unable to convert their possession into goals, allowing Gallo Crisis to leave the ground with a draw.
