The supporters of Szajk LC booed when KFC Paal-Tervant was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 8 match minutes in a wonderful position. KFC Paal-Tervant's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Tamás Galambos was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-2. Özdemir Babayiğit didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-4 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Charl Delcroix stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Anthonio Villyn was a little too slow when Dávid Benkó got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 56th minute. The score was now 0-5. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Dávid Benkó took a quick shot and it went in 0-6 without a chance for Anthonio Villyn to make any attempt to save it. The audience thought a goal was coming when Csanád Sipos got free with Anthonio Villyn in the 62nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Charl Delcroix in the 63rd minute of play forced Szajk LC's goalkeeper Özdemir Babayiğit to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Özdemir Babayiğit took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joost Rummens, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Özdemir Babayiğit made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Charl Delcroix in the 67th minute of play. 69 minutes into the match, KFC Paal-Tervant's Kim Van hoegaerde sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Özdemir Babayiğit narrowly saved just below the crossbar. KFC Paal-Tervant's Anthonio Villyn played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dávid Benkó in the 77th minute of play. Anthonio Villyn made a fantastic save in the 78th minute, when Csanád Sipos sent off a good shot on target. With a little luck, KFC Paal-Tervant's Anthonio Villyn got control of the ball when Csanád Sipos tried to sneak it across the goal line. Szajk LC made a substitution. Aladár Bodrogi replaced Zsolt Lendvay. In the 92nd minute of the match, Dávid Benkó tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Anthonio Villyn saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. Szajk LC's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
