The FC Lëtzebuerg fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bobby Krier should have stopped the shot. In the 20th minute, FC Lëtzebuerg's Cédric Payen dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 2-1. 23 minutes into the match, Sanid Škoro had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bobby Krier. FC Lëtzebuerg's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sanid Škoro was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 2-2. Buffalo Bills's Adam Hržić proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 28th minute of the match, managed to save Buffalo Bills from getting a goal against them. Cédric Payen's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 30thth minute, Adam Hržić skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Sanid Škoro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 37th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Buffalo Bills's Adam Hržić played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cédric Payen in the 39th minute of play. In the 39th minute Cédric Payen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Adam Hržić saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Adam Hržić made an important save on a dangerous shot by Cédric Payen in the 42nd minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cédric Payen made a kick off. After 75 played minutes Buffalo Bills got a freekick which was hit by Vasil Amautović. Adam Hržić made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Bernd Chevalier in the 76th minute of play. Adam Hržić showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cédric Payen, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With an all-out effort, Buffalo Bills's Bobby Krier threw himself towards the right post 81 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Patrik Grašić, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Tim Tudor hit a great freekick 83 minutes into the match. When the match was over Buffalo Bills could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than FC Lëtzebuerg throughout the match.
