Spectators: 153 (Terracing: 115, Seating: 35, VIP seats: 3) Cauã Barreto made the kick off and thus started the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 3rd minute, Waldemar Veiga managed to get in a good position for a shot. MARINUS MZC's supporters rose to their feet, but Waldemar Veiga was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Amauri Aparecido breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a defensive mix-up in MARINUS MZC's zone, Cauã Barreto stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marcos Pimenta came out of the goal and Cauã Barreto tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. When Cauã Barreto came up free with the goalie in the 7th minute, the Wambalamba FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cauã Barreto couldn't finish the play. After some fancy dribbling in the 9th minute, Cauã Barreto managed to get in a good position for a shot. Wambalamba FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Cauã Barreto was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Marcos Pimenta breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. After a rather tough play, MARINUS MZC's Erivaldo Zonta got a free kick in the 10th minute. 11 minutes into the game, Thiago Ortiz was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. MARINUS MZC's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Wambalamba FC the free kick. A collision led to MARINUS MZC getting a freekick after 11 minutes play. Thiago Ortiz hit a great ball. A hard shot 12 in the game by Cauã Barreto from a close distance when the talented Marcos Pimenta managed to make a qualified save. MARINUS MZC's players were relieved. Carlinhos Vieira recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 18th minute, João Paulo Dantas hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Amauri Aparecido showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Waldemar Veiga, who was totally free with the ball in the 21st minute. MARINUS MZC's Marcos Pimenta proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 23rd minute of the match, managed to save MARINUS MZC from getting a goal against them. In the 24th minute of the match Wambalamba FC got a corner. MARINUS MZC's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Jardel Loureiro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Murilo Soares struck a weak shot in the 32nd minute. Marcos Pimenta didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Wambalamba FC. Erivaldo Zonta hit a great freekick 39 minutes into the match. Carlinhos Vieira received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 41st minute. Amauri Aparecido tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Wambalamba FC's Amauri Aparecido played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Thiago Ortiz in the 47th minute of play. In the 49th minute MARINUS MZC were awarded a corner. Pedro Augusto Siqueira went to the cornerflag to take it. After 50 played minutes MARINUS MZC got a freekick which was hit by Evaristo Arósio. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 3-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Waldemar Veiga to make the kick off. Cauã Barreto recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 59th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 64 minutes into the match, Dário Diniz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Pimenta. MARINUS MZC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Dário Diniz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. Cauã Barreto received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 69th minute. Marcos Pimenta tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 77thth minute of the game Cauã Barreto who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but MARINUS MZC's Marcos Pimenta was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Carlinhos Vieira got free with Amauri Aparecido in the 79th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After a rather tough play, Wambalamba FC's Cauã Barreto got a free kick in the 80th minute. After some careless play in the MARINUS MZC defense, Cauã Barreto kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Marcos Pimenta. The MARINUS MZC fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Marcos Pimenta should have stopped the shot. When the referee ended the match the Wambalamba FC players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
