An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Velloso in the 4th minute of play forced RÖK's goalkeeper Yan Pirani to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Clemente Coelho during the 5th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. After 8 played minutes Mitnarotov FC got a freekick which was hit by Márcio Munhoz. Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cesinha Marquez in the 9th minute of play. In the 36th minute, Conrado Gaúcho hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The referee ignored RÖK's protests and gave Francisco Novaes a yellow card for diving instead. A collision led to RÖK getting a freekick after 39 minutes play. Francisco Novaes hit a great ball. The supporters of Mitnarotov FC booed when RÖK was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 43 match minutes in a wonderful position. Norberto Nascimento didn't get a good kick on the ball. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-2 lead.

Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 53rd minute of the match, managed to save Mitnarotov FC from getting a goal against them. If Conrado Gaúcho had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 61st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a little luck, Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda got control of the ball when Cesinha Marquez tried to sneak it across the goal line. Almir Miranda was out of position in the 64 minute of play, and Francisco Novaes capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Francisco Novaes really showed his touch with that goal: 0-4. In the 68th minute the ball was on its way in behind RÖK's goalkeeper Yan Pirani, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Mitnarotov FC's Almir Miranda proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 70th minute of the match, managed to save Mitnarotov FC from getting a goal against them.
