Luís Gustavo Carvalho did some fancy footwork in front of goal and succeeded to deceive the defenders so he could slam the ball in 1-0 to the left of a surprised Duda Soeiro 12 minutes into the match. Célio Botelho sent away a hard shot on goal in the 16th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 18 minutes into the match, Igor Porto had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Júlio Porto. Fúria Futebol Clube's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Igor Porto was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-1. Célio Botelho hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute, Juninho Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Fúria Futebol Clube's Luís Gustavo Carvalho got a good chance for a goal in the 30th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. In the 33rd minute Igor Porto shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Júlio Porto saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Igor Porto notched a goal, 1-2, to the right of Fúria Futebol Clube's Júlio Porto. Júlio Porto was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.

In the 72nd minute, Juninho Paranaense hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. 75 minutes into the match, Aesir FC FSCMZ's Frédson da Cunha sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Júlio Porto narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Frédson da Cunha blasted a shot towards the goal in the 76th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Júlio Porto having to make a save. The audience thought a goal was coming when Igor Porto got free with Júlio Porto in the 78th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 94thth minute of the game Frédson da Cunha who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Fúria Futebol Clube's Júlio Porto was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball.
