Cristiano Albuquerque took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Váldson Moreira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Real Fantasma's Raphael Cardoso got a good chance for a goal in the 24th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Hermínio da Silva in the 26th minute of play forced Real Fantasma's goalkeeper Diamantino Magalhães to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With splendid footwork Váldson Moreira arrived in front of goal to shoot 2-1 by the left pole in the game's 44th minute. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 2-1 at half-time.

Real Fantasma's Diamantino Magalhães played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Eduardo Oliveira in the 51st minute of play. In the 58th minute, Váldson Moreira got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Raphael Cardoso sent away a hard shot on goal in the 62nd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. 65 minutes into the match, Real Fantasma's Váldson Moreira sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Cristiano Albuquerque narrowly saved just below the crossbar. The Real Fantasma fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-1. Real Fantasma walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
